-Congratulations to Reese Hoover, winner of a BW3 6-pack of wings for correctly identifying last week’s Dewey Decimal Number of the Week.  This week’s number is 796.323—basketball.  Stop in the library during Red Devil and find a book with this call number on the spine. Show the book to Mrs. Torrence to be entered into the contest.

Last night our 8th-grade girls' basketball team beat Troy Junior High 14-11 to improve their record to 11-1 overall. Highlights from the game include Ella Turner leading with 5 points, 9 steals, and 4 rebounds, Maddison Featherstone with 4 points and 3 rebounds, and Megan Landis did a good job running the point guard position.  The girls' next game is home on Tuesday, January 21st against Piqua.

The 7th grade girls lost a tough one against Troy last night 32-27. The girls led most of the game, but were not able to hold on. The girls have four games left before tournament, looking to bounce back stronger than ever!
