    Congratulations to the following students who leveled up in the 20 Book Challenge: Logan Sheldon, Reese Hoover, Madelyn Turner, Elli Denton, and Lucas Long. Please stop in the library today to get your prizes.
    It's not too late to start the 20 Book Challenge! One winner is drawn each month for a $10-$15 gift card to Hickory River, BW3, or Chick-fil-A. You may count books that you read this school year, even if the book was for a class assignment. Details are on Mrs. Torrence's web page under 20 Book Challenge.

    The following XC (cross country) runners need to see Coach Brown/Mrs. Brown in room 132 to collect your MVL championship race medal or certificate: Audrey Kinninger, Mya Toman, Katelyn Beeson, Will Hept, Landon Kimmel, Dimitri Hartman, Connor DeMange, Malachi Hutchinson, Jonah Pressel, and Gavin Weaver. 

    The 7th grade boys basketball team defeated Mad River last night 61-26. 9 of the 11 members scored in the game. They were lead by Colin Turner with 16 points, Drew Husic with 14 points, and Cameron Smith with 10 points. The 7th grade is now 9-2 on the season and will face Greenville next Tuesday!

    The 8th grade boys basketball team defeated Mad River last night 51-37. 8 of the 10 members scored in the game. They were lead by Preston Zumwalt with 21 points, Rylan Caldwell with 8 points, and Logan Wright with 6 points. The 8th grade team came out on fire leading 14-0 at the end of first quarter! They are now 9-2 on the season and will face Greenville next Tuesday.

    The TMS 7th girls basketball team survived a wild one at Mad River on Tuesday. Lack of offense and questionable calls worked the girls into a 16-18 deficit with 11 seconds to go in the 4th quarter. Eve McCormick rebounded a Mad River missed free throw to Courtney Post who scored on a last-second lay-up to send the game into overtime. The girls composed themselves and proceeded to score the next 11 points to win 29-20. The Lady Devils travel to Fairborn on Thursday

    Attention TMS - for you to plan ahead - Student Council is sponsoring a non-perishable food drive for Needy Basket for two weeks, February 1-12.  Food items can be dropped off in your Red Devil class during those days.  The RD class in each grade with the most items collected will receive a prize. Thank you for helping us help others!
