    Tipp Monroe Community Services purse auction to benefit the Lunch On Us Program is postponed until the statewide ban on gatherings of 100 or more is lifted.

    Immunization requirements for the 2020-2021 school year
    The state of Ohio requires school districts to document and report that all incoming 7th graders have a Tdap shot (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) and a Meningococcal vaccine (meningitis), or to provide an exemption based on conscience, including religious convictions, or medical conditions with doctor’s signature. **A second dose of the meningococcal vaccine is required prior to entry into the 12th grade.** Exclusion date is September 2rd, 2020 for grades 1-12. Exclusion date for Kindergarten is September 7th, 2020. This information may be brought to our office or faxed to us at 667-9120.
