• Student Illness / Covid Guidelines

    If your student is absent due to illness, please reference this algorithm to determine when your student can return to school, and what documentation will be needed. Students who do not meet the required critera to return to school will be sent home. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the clinic in your student's school. Contact information for the clinics can be found at the bottom of this page.

    BUS STUDENTS! Any student absent due to illness, regardless of diagnosis, will not be permitted to ride the bus until checked by the clinic staff.

  • Medications at school

    Only emergency medications will be administered at school for the 2020-2021 school year due to Covid guidelines and the need to limit student exposures in the clinic. All daily medications, including antibiotics, eye drops, etc.... should be administered at home.

Tipp City Schools has 5 full-time clinic staff members who serve the school district. We are responsible for maintaining health records and immunization records, conducting hearing & vision screenings, and providing daily clinic services for students.
