• Blizzard Bag Physical Eduation Lesson Plan

    I.  Learning Target:  Improve fitness level as it applies to ODE Physical Education Standard 3.

    II.  Overview:  Fitness activity/activities of choice for 20 minutes.  Examples might be walking, jogging, jumping rope, shooting baskets, playing yard games, riding bikes, exercise video.  The choice is all yours.

    III.  Assignment:  Write a paragraph about the physical activity/activities you chose to do for 20 minutes and how they helped you become a healthier person.

    IV.  Timeline:  Lesson is due two weeks after return to school.  If student doesn't have internet access, he/she will complete the assignment upon returning to school.
