    Fruit and Vegetable Challenge

    • March 5th – 16th
    • Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, at least 2 servings must be vegetables
    • Award for participating

     

    Support One Another

    • Month of April
    • Blank Support Card in everyone’ mailbox on April 2nd
    • Must record 3 events in which the staff member was supportive outside of their job
    • Attend a THS or TMS athletic event, volunteer at a charitable organization, walk/run in a race that is for a cause
    • Award for participating
