    Helpful guidelines to follow to keep  up with your work during extended absence:
    If you are out of class/school due to an extended illness, please be mindful of the following:
    1. Contact your teacher via email to let them know of your absence.
    2. Check Google Classroom for weekly/daily agendas.
    3. Complete and submit work as assigned.
    4. Contact the teacher via email or Google Classroom when you have questions or concerns.
    5. Check your email/GC daily for potential correspondence from the teacher.

    Welcome Message:
    Hello and thank you for visiting my website.  As an eleventh-year teacher, I am looking forward to a great 2020-2021 school year and working with a great group of students, parents, and staff. We are working through an unprecedented time and adapting to change; however, I am confident that we will get through this successfully together. I hope to speak to each student's parents or guardians at some point throughout the school year, and please feel free to contact me at any time concerning your child's schoolwork or simply to say hello. 
     
    Student and Parent Resources:
    We will be utilizing Google Classroom as our online platform. In their virtual classroom, students will have access to lesson plans, resources, activities, and assignments. Please refer to Google Classroom for the most up-to-date information.
     
    Additionally, along the left side of this webpage, you will find a series of links, including course outlines for my 9th, 10th, and 12th-grade classes and useful resources for End of Course exams, literacy, and vocabulary. These resources are also available on Google Classroom.
