• Transportation for Miami Valley Career Technology Center Students

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year.

Transportation will be provided to MVCTC by bus #3. Bus #3 will be parked behind Tippecanoe Middle School in the AM at 7:10 AM and will leave promptly at 7:20 AM. Please be aware the bus will not wait on late arriving students. Students who are driving and/or dropped off at the Middle School are to use the Middle School entrance off Hyatt St at the traffic light. The driveway between the Middle School and Nevin Coppock Elementary is for buses and staff only. Tipp City Exempted Village Schools will not be providing transportation from home to the Middle School this year because of the current COVID situation.

Bus #3 will return each afternoon to Tippecanoe Middle School at 3:00 P.M.   Due to the current COVID situation we will not provide transportation to your home address, it will be your responsibility to assure your student gets home.

Tipp City schools will transport to MVCTC on the calendar dates it is in session. On the dates that Tipp City Schools are not in session but MVCTC is in session Bus #3 will run its regular route.

On days when Tipp City Schools have a planned two hour delay or two hour early release, the MVCTC bus will run on the MVCTC schedule so that students arrive on time to MVCTC.

If Tipp City Schools are on delay DUE TO WEATHER the MVCTC bus will run on the delayed time. If MVCTC is delayed but Tipp City Schools are not, it is the parent’s responsibility to transport.  If Tipp City Schools are closed due to inclement weather and/or road conditions all busing is cancelled.

First day for juniors is Thursday, August 13, 2020 and seniors begin Friday, August 14, 2020. Tipp City Schools begin on Monday, August 31, 2020.
