Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Grace College

Miss Angela Mack

I am excited to teach fifth-grade language arts and science! If you would like to contact me for any reason, the best way is to email me (see email address on the left). I love working with children and creating a safe and positive learning environment for my students. I grew up in Troy, OH, and graduated from Miami East High School in 2014. I attended Grace College in Warsaw, IN, where I played volleyball and was an active member in Council for Exceptional Children and the Millennial Scholar Academy. In 2017, I graduated from Grace College with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

Previously, I had the opportunity to work in an excellent school district—much like Tipp. At Warsaw Community Schools (Warsaw, IN), I did my student teaching in fifth-grade and then taught sixth-grade for a year. Last year in sixth-grade, I taught all subjects and helped prepare my students for middle school. As a classroom community, we focused on “choosing kind,” as epitomized in the recent book and movie, Wonder

As you hopefully can tell, I love teaching. It is truly one of my passions. I grew up in a family of educators and proclaimed in first-grade, “I want to be a teacher just like Mrs. Simmons.” Knowing the beautiful reality of living out my dream, I want to inspire my students to explore, dream, and enrich the lives of others. As with all of the staff at Tipp, I am fully committed to helping students become kind, productive members in their community.

A few more things about me: I love sports. I played volleyball and basketball in high school and continued playing volleyball in college. I also love running, biking, swimming, hiking, and traveling. In addition, I am an avid reader and lifelong learner. Growing up, I enjoyed visiting many national parks with my family, which has given me a deep appreciation for nature.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to partner in helping your child grow as a student and a person.

Be respectful. Be responsible. Have integrity.
