Community Meetings Scheduled (January - April)

As the district pursues the facilities master plan to modernize our elementary classrooms, the school district will be hosting a series of community meetings on important topics surrounding the projects.  Parents and interested community members are strongly encouraged to attend and learn more about the project's development.

UPCOMING EVENTS

January 15 (6:30 - 7:30pm) - LT Ball Cafeteria
Topic: Funding the Addition/Renovation Project - Understandiing the Ohio Facilities Construction Committee (OFCC), the Expedited Local Partnership Program (ELPP), and the complexiites of state co-funding.

February 19 (6:30 - 7:30pm) - LT Ball Cafeteria
Topic: Student & Parent Daily Experience - Reviewing the Floor Plan of the renovation/addition to LT Ball and the future site plan for the Hyatt campus to discuss the parent/student daily experience.

March 12 (6:30 - 7:30pm) - LT Ball Cafeteria
Topic: The Bond Issue - Reviewing the details on the financing of the project with the local bond initiative.

April 9 (6:30 - 7:30pm) - LT Ball Cafeteria
