    Last Day of School, early dismissal at 12:30

    A huge thank you to all the parents that donated water and ice pops for our field day today, including David Adkins from McDonalds!

    Sports:
    There will be an organizational meeting June 1st 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Homestead Golf course for any 8th grade girl interested in playing high school girls golf next fall.  

    ALL student medications must be picked up on the last day of school JUNE 1, 2017. Any medication left in the clinic will be properly disposed of on that date. We ask that all non-emergent medication in the clinic (ie. Cough drops, eye drops, pain meds that are for non-emergent cases) be picked up by MAY 25, 2017 as we are working to shut down the clinics for the year. Thank you.

     Testing Dates - AIR Tests; All tests will begin in the morning and be completed by lunch time, unless the student has specific testing requirements that allow for additional time.
    April 4-5 - 6th grade ELA

    Reminder to all TMS students & parents – All pick up and drop off before and after school is from the back door of the building that faces LT Ball. All pick up and drop off during school hours, for appointments, or parents dropping off items, must be through the front door that faces Hyatt Street.

     IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR

    2017-2018 school year, the Ohio Department of Health requires all students entering 7th grade be vaccinated against meningococcal disease. This requirement will be enforced progressively as it was in adopted last school year 2016-2017.

     All students who will be entering 7th grade for the 2017-2018 school year will be required to have the Tdap vaccine AND meningococcal vaccine or they will be excluded from school on the 14th day after school begins.  A second dose of the meningococcal vaccine will be required prior to entry into the 12th grade. 

    Documentation of the required vaccines or handwritten exemption must be on file on or prior to the first day of school. Please submit documentation as soon as possible.

     Contact your licensed health care provider to see if your student has had the required vaccine(s).  If not, schedule an appointment for your student to receive the vaccine(s).  Public Health-Miami County offers vaccines at a reduced cost.  Please call 937-573-3500 for more information.

     PLEASE NOTE: ORC 3313.671 states that a pupil can remain in school for 14 days after the start of school. If the appropriate documentation is not submitted, the pupil will be excluded from attending school and participating in sports or extracurricular activities.

     1st day of school is August 24, 2017 (Grades 1-12) and exclusion date is September 15, 2017. (this date accommodates the Kindergarten start date of August 29, 2017)
