Tippecanoe Middle School encourages students and their families to participate in this week's TMS Winter Self-Care Challenge.
School Counselor Susan Eichenauer said, "We organized the TMS Self-Care Week because we hear from students that they are stressed. School, extracurriculars, and life, in general, can be stressful sometimes. So we wanted to provide opportunities for students and parents to have fun together while learning what self-care interventions work for them. "
TMS hosted a kick-off event Monday evening to provide an overview, answer questions, and get people involved with five days of activities.
