We are committed to excellence across every grade, every subject, every student group. That’s what our students deserve and the community expects.”

“We see pockets of excellence across our district,” Moran said. “Now, we’re focused on something bigger, excellence for all. Every student. Every classroom. Every day.”
Moran emphasized that the report card is not the starting line; it’s just one checkpoint in a year-round commitment.
“We don’t react to the report card. We’re engaged in this work all year,” he said. “Every decision, every initiative, every strategy is built around one thing: ensuring student success at the highest level. That includes increasing student engagement in the learning process to drive higher academic achievement.”
He emphasized work starts in kindergarten and ends with graduates ready to lead, whether they choose college, a career, or military service. “We’re not chasing average. We’re building something exceptional. Together.”
