It is National Principals Month! Join us in giving a shout-out to LT Ball Intermediate principal Mike Vagedes, now in his 9th year as a principal. 😃What Mr. Vagedes loves most about his job is the relationships he builds with students and their families. He enjoys watching the students grow over the years and to see how they use their strengths when they get older.😃 🏫When he was in school, he wanted to be a pharmacist. 👨‍⚕️ 🔬He excelled in science and math in school, but really enjoyed seeing the local pharmacist on days off from school. He was always happy, and he had a lot of great candy on the shelves!🍭🍭 🍲Mr. Vagedes' favorite food is hibachi, and he doesn't even need to sit at the grill. He just loves the variety of meats, rice, vegetables, salad, soup and spices. 😋 🧗When Mr. Vagedes was in the fifth grade at Nevin Coppock, he loved climbing the cargo net, rope, and peg board. ⛸️After school movies and skating events were also a lot of fun, along with Invention Convention. 👎Unfortunately, his windows that closed automatically when it rained never made it big. 😂 #WEareTIPP

It is National Principals Month! Join us in saying thank you to Nevin Coppock Elementary principal Galen Gingerich, now in his 26th year as a principal. ❤️ Mr. G loves interacting with the kids and watching little ones grow and learn many things academically, but also how to be kind and treat one another with dignity. 🕘His favorite time of day is greeting the kids coming into school and helping those that struggle with that transition. 🐄When Mr. G was a young boy he wanted to be a veterinarian. Because he grew up on a farm, he really loved working with animals. 🐖🐴 😋His favorite foods are cheeseburgers, watermelon and good coffee🍔🍉☕ 🏃When Mr. G was in early elementary grades his favorite subject was recess. He says he was the kid with lots of energy and struggled to sit still. ⛹️😊 #WEareTIPP
