Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open

Tipp City Schools is accepting kindergarten enrollments for the 2024-25 school year.  Please follow the instructions below for students who will be five years old before August 1, 2024. The process is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

  1. Schedule a registration appointment

Click on the link below, which will take you to a Pre-Registration form.

In the Pre-Registration form, please select an appointment date and time using the SignUpGenius link.

At the registration appointment, Central Registration will collect the required documentation (see list below), give you instructions on how to create your PowerSchool parent account, and assist you in completing the online registation forms. 

  1. Complete the Pre-Enrollment form

After selecting an appointment, complete the Pre-Registration form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom.   You will receive an email confirming your pre-enrollment. 

  1. Complete a Kindergarten Screening

Once you have completed your online registration and the Central Registration office has the documentation listed above, your child will need to attend a Kindergarten screening in August.  Screenings are scheduled with the parent during the enrollment appointment.  All entering kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2024.

Required Documentation:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Photo of Student

  • Proof of Residency (Deed in your name, Current Lease Agreement in your name, or completed Residency Waiver)

    • Residency Waiver Criteria (click here):

      • Visit the Board of Education office to obtain a Residency Waiver (must be completed before registration appointment).

      • Residency Waivers require a Notary. Please plan accordingly.

      • A copy of the Deed or Lease Agreement for the person you are living with must accompany the completed Residency Waiver.

    • Tipp City Schools does not offer OPEN-ENROLLMENT.

    • You MUST be a Tipp City Schools resident in order to enroll in Tipp City Schools.

  • Immunization records

  • All special education/504 documents

  • Drivers License for Identification

  • Custody Papers (if applicable)

All required documentation MUST be received in order to complete registration of any student.

Your registration appointment will be RESCHEDULED if you do not have all the required documentation listed above.
