Friday night football is a special part of the Tipp City Schools experience. It is a time for students, families, staff, alumni, and community members to come together and support our student-athletes, marching band, cheerleaders, and school community.
To help everyone enjoy the game in a safe and positive environment, we ask all spectators to follow these important expectations.
Entry Expectations
All spectators of kindergarten age and above must have a valid ticket or pass to enter varsity football games.
No re-entry is permitted once a spectator leaves the venue.
Spectators arriving for the first time after halftime must have a valid ticket or pass. Gates will not be opened for free or unrestricted entry.
Students in 6th grade and younger should be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult to be admitted.
All attendees are to follow school rules, event expectations, and directions from school staff, administrators, security, and law enforcement.
During the Game
We want all spectators to enjoy the game, visit concessions, cheer for the Red Devils, and spend time with friends while helping keep the venue safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please remember:
Students should remain in appropriate spectator areas except when using the restroom or visiting concessions.
Spectators may not enter the playing field, sidelines, or grass areas between the stands and the field.
Walkways, steps, concession areas, and other high-traffic areas should remain clear.
Spectators should not enter restricted areas, gather under the bleachers, or loiter in the restrooms.
Students in 6th grade and younger should remain with an adult throughout the event.
Running, horseplay, and rough play are not permitted.
Footballs, athletic equipment, and other items intended for play should remain at home.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited on school property.
Outside food and drinks, including water bottles, are not permitted. Exceptions include toddler food and food for those with dietary restrictions.
Bags may be subject to inspection. Spectators who refuse a bag inspection may be denied entry or removed from the venue.
Pets, except service animals, are not permitted.
Spectators who arrive with prohibited items may be denied entry or asked to return the item to their vehicle before entering.
Friday nights are most enjoyable when everyone helps create a respectful atmosphere.
Spectators must show respect toward students, coaches, directors, officials, staff, visiting teams, visiting fans, and other community members.
Spectators must follow directions from school staff, administrators, security personnel, and law enforcement.
Spectators may not interfere with event supervision, game operations, officials, school staff, security, or law enforcement.
Spectators who are disruptive, intoxicated, threatening, belligerent, or unwilling to follow directions may be removed from the event and may lose the privilege to attend future school events.
Students or spectators who do not meet these expectations may receive a warning, be removed from the event, have their parent or responsible adult contacted, and/or lose the privilege to attend future school events.
Student misconduct may result in school discipline.
Removal from a varsity football game may apply to future district events.
Keeping Everyone Safe
School administrators, event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement are present to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. If you do not follow event expectations or staff directions, you may be asked to leave the venue and may lose the privilege of attending future school events.
