Welcome

The district is pleased to welcome its newest administrators and one program coordinator.

Daniel Barnes, Tippecanoe High School Principal

He has served as the assistant principal at Sidney Middle School and Sidney High School.  He taught for 20 years at the elementary, intermediate, and middle school grades.  He also has taught for almost 20 years at the collegiate level. 

Angie Cooper, Tippecanoe High School Assistant Principal

She comes to us from Montgomery County ESC in Dayton, where she served as an assistant principal.  She also worked for several years as an Intervention Specialist. She is well versed in staff collaboration, student discipline, behavior management, and IEP compliance.

Diane Voress, Tippecanoe Middle School Principal

Diane joins us from Sidney Middle School, where she served as the principal and assistant principal for 20 years.  Diane has already been in the district and looks forward to meeting her staff before the school year.  

Lisa Lynn Tuttle-Huff, EdD, Director of Human Resources

She most recently served as superintendent of Madison Local Schools.  Before that, she was superintendent of Grant Career Technical Planning District.  She has more than 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, counselor, principal, and superintendent.

Dawn Scott, Director of Curriculum and Instruction

Dawn comes to us from New Albany-Plain Local Schools, where she has worked as an Instructional Leader, Department Chair, Administrative Intern, teacher, and Senior Seminar Advisor.    She successfully worked with staff to increase student achievement and implement a school improvement process.  

Sarah Ramsay, Exceptional Children’s Program Coordinator

Sarah, a Tipp City resident, joins us from Dayton Public Schools, where she served as Academic Coordinator for the Office of Exceptional Children.  She was also an Intervention Specialist, a teacher for children with multiple disabilities, and a teacher for emotionally disturbed students.
