We look forward to welcoming our students and their parents/guests to the 5th Grade Spring Fling at LT Ball Intermediate tonight. Fun, photos, and memories guaranteed! #WEareTIPP

The District Wellness Team is at it again with another staff health initiative! It's helping participants prepare for the annual Relay for Life 5K hosted by LT Ball Intermediate. District staff has a 30-day plan to get ready for the May 19th event and every Thursday participants meet as a group to train together. What a great way to be prepared while helping a wonderful cause! #WEareTIPP

Tippecanoe Middle School expanded its library makerspace with the addition of a Lego wall. Media Specialist Wendy Torrence says it's a creative for students to create, collaborate, problem-solve, and relax. Thank you, Tipp Foundation for supporting this vision. #WEareTIPP

It was a great day for discovery and exploration at Charleston Falls Preserve. Our kindergarten students had a fabulous experience learning from the naturalists. WEareTIPP

Another health initiative by the district's Health and Wellness Committee. The committee purchased an automatic blood pressure cuff for each school and Board of Education office. Thank you Kari Prall and Becky Jones for promoting positive health behaviors! #WEareTIPP

Tippecanoe High School students in the Spanish class of Ashley Ridge participated in a fun cultural activity. In parts of Mexico and Latin America, families color hollowed out eggs during the spring and fill them with confetti. They seal off the open side of the egg with tissue paper. Then on holidays such as Easter, they have a cascarones fight. The goal is to crush your confetti- filled egg on someone's head! #WEareTIPP

Science is fascinating! LT Ball Intermediate students learned about density and created lava lamps during this afternoon's Science Club with advisors Kim Fischer and Melissa May. FUN! #WEareTIPP

Thank you, Wizards of Wright, for coming to LT Ball to teach students about Newton's Law of Motion. Students in the classes of Beth Hanes and Susan Clodfelter built rocket racers, tested them to make sure they traveled straight and far, and made modifications. #WEareTIPP

It's time to plan for summer activities. Registration is open for StageCrafters Theatre Camp for students currently in grades 2-8. Children must live within the district but do not need to be enrolled in Tipp City Schools. Follow the link https://forms.gle/Hht54fPzoFd1mKGZ9

Tippecanoe High School students spent part of their day with "El Corazon De Mexico" to learn about the history and culture of Mexico through folkloric dance. The dance troupe performed several dances and brought the students on stage to learn some of the steps. #WEareTIPP

Have a wonderful weekend! #WEareTIPP

THANK YOU, Tippecanoe Educational Endowment, Miami County Foundation, Tipp Foundation, for supporting the arts in our schools. Nevin Coppock first graders loved their Muse Machine Artist in Residence Program that integrates classroom curriculum and the arts. Students wrote a musical play, rehearsed, and performed for their families. #WEareTIPP

LT Ball Intermediate students and their guests looked fabulous in their flannel shirts, bandanas, and hats! The perfect outfits for a perfect Hoe-down. #WEareTIPP

Thank you Upper Room Worship Center for the spring flowers! Pastor Steve Bowen delivered the surprise gift to the Board of Education and our schools yesterday, What a nice way to brighten a damp and cloudy Monday. #WEareTIPP #TogetherweareExtraordinary

The Tippecanoe Model UN team (Jacksen Cooper, Sadhil Mehta, Blake Bashore, Amelia Campbell, Sophia Perevozchikov, and Will Riehle) competed at the 7th Annual Miami University Model United Nations Conference this past Saturday. Shoutout to LT Ball Intermediate physical education teacher extraordinaire Jeanne Koch for another fabulous Hoedown! She made the evening for 4th graders and their guests fun, fabulous, and memorable. Mrs. Koch is a true gift to our students and district! #WEareTIPP

What a great delivery today! Thank you Tipp Foundation for the very generous grant to purchase a Marimba, a large percussion instrument similar to a xylophone. Assistant Band Director Stephen Monath and his Tippecanoe High School band students are ecstatic! #WEareTIPP

Mark you calendars! It is almost time to register students for Stagecrafters Summer Theatre Camp. Online registration opens Wednesday, April 13th at 7:00 PM. The link will be provided on Wednesday via the website.

Congratulations to the Tippecanoe High School Devilaires for receiving an ultimate star rating in all 3 routines at Nationals and for reaching this season's goal to qet there! The team placed 6th in Jazz, 5th in Lyrical, and 6th in Pom--beating out several teams the Devilaires had lost to previously. The lyrical routine scored high enough to move the team to the “Best of the Best” competition on Sunday where the ladies placed in the top 10. Way to go Devilaires and Coach Kayleigh Rhoton. #WEareTIPP
